Shanghai Black Chicken.
Yes!! It's black! And it's healthy -- that is Korean Ginseng floating out there.
Restaurant near DaMuZhi GuangChang on Century Park Station.

Black chicken...not one of my favourite foods.

The noodles look delicious though! I wish I could get a decent plate of noodles in Holland... :(
